WHAT PRECIOUS METALS RESM USES FOR ITS ITEMS?

We offer products made of white gold, gold, sterling silver and stainless steel. (i.e. Inside the ring you should be able to locate a mark or stamp indicating the karat of gold and silver).

WHAT IS 14K & 18K GOLD JEWELRY?

14K/18K gold is made by mixing pure gold with silver, copper, nickel, zinc and other components. These non-gold metals are added to make the alloy more durable than pure gold, which is very soft. It is very easy to arrive at a percentage for the gold content in a jewelry piece. Divide the karat number of the item (for example 14) by 24, which is the maximum karat possible, and you get 0.583 (58.3%), which is how much of pure gold 14K jewelry contains. We work with a high standard alloy mixes for producing our jewelry pieces.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PLATINUM AND WHITE GOLD?

Platinum is a very rare malleable precious metal that is coveted for its use in jewelry, industry, and as a monetary instrument. Gold is also precious malleable metal that is the predominant metal used in fine jewelry and as a monetary instrument as well. But, white gold is more resistant to scratching. Platinum jewelry shows nicks and scratches more readily than white gold.

ARE ALL RESM GEMS NATURAL?

We do not deal with any synthetic gems. We only use natural gemstones, mined from the earth, and we guarantee all our gems to be natural as described. Some of gems we are using might be treated for color enhancement.
