Description
The Gubadli region was established in 1933. It was occupied by the Armenian Armed Forces on August 31, 1993, and liberated only 27 years later on October 25, 2020 by the Azerbaijani army. . However, the history of the region as a settlement is much older. There are dozens of caves (kaha) inhabited by ancient people in the region. The stone monuments found in Gubadli are vivid examples of its deep history.
