Lotus – Earrings, Diamond

Description

In ancient Egypt it was a holy flower invoking the ideas of purity, rebirth and immortality. Lotus is presented in different variations in many eastern carpets. Perhaps carried by the Mongols, it entered into the Eastern design vocabulary.
