Description

This carpet takes its name from Pirabadil village in Guba region, and is one of the most well-known exemplars of the Guba carpet-making school. The ancient capital of Guba khanate is one of the most beautiful cities of Azerbaijan, as well as a centre of carpet-making and craftsmanship. Compositions with distinctive patterns in different types of carpets are created in this region.
