Since 2016, RESM seeks to support children’s and youth’s interest in national ornaments and ornaments as part of our national cultural heritage. The purpose of the projects is to support artists and designers’ interest in ornaments and to show that the historical value of our patterns is a source of inspiration for their future work. On May 14 – August 31, 2019, the RESM hosted a creative contest among young artists and students, with ornaments in national ornaments in portraits. More than fifty young artists took part in the contest and presented beautiful handicrafts. On September 27, 2019, at 15:00, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Exhibition Gallery of the Museum Center hosted an exhibition and awarding ceremony. Seven artists were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts.
